Hidaya Distribution is a wholesale buyer. We purchase inventory from authorized suppliers using our own capital, then resell it primarily through Canadian retail accounts. A portion moves through Amazon's Canadian marketplace, which we operate as a secondary outlet.

02 - WHAT WE DO


We do not handle other companies' inventory. We do not run a third-party logistics or FBA prep service. We are a buyer — we use our own capital to purchase goods from suppliers, and we manage our own downstream resale channels.

We buy.



Inventory we purchase moves primarily into Canadian retail channels. A portion moves through Amazon's FBA network as a secondary outlet of the same buying operation. We handle our own listings, customer service, and returns across both channels. Suppliers don't manage any of this.

We resell.


03 - WHAT SUPPLIERS CAN EXPECT

Purchase orders

Issued against confirmed price lists. Reference numbers in the format HD-202X-XXXX. One PO, one shipment, one invoice.


Compliance

MAP-respecting. Channel-appropriate. We carry only authorized inventory and resell only through authorized channels.


Cadence

We place orders on a consistent rolling schedule. Suppliers can forecast against our pattern.


Communication

One email, one action. We don't ask follow-up questions that should have been answered the first time.


Payment

Wire or check. On time, every time.


04 - WHAT WE ASK OF SUPPLIERS

AUTHORIZED RESALE AGREEMENT

A signed agreement confirming we are an authorized reseller for the products we purchase.


CURRENT PRICE LIST

With pack-out details, MOQs, lead times, and any MAP requirements.


ACCOUNT CONTACT

A single point of contact for orders, invoicing, and questions.
